That means no letters, no phonecalls, and no face-to-face assessments. And what should i do now? · i have seen a number of posts from people who have received text messages from the dwp advising they will call tomorrow between 8am and 6pm to talk about paying voluntary national insurance contributions. Just warning people to beware.
