· i have just successfully got the dwp to promise that they will contact me by email only. Just warning people to beware. Plus the name used winter heating allowance is a massive warning. · my father is considering changing from having his pension/benefits paid into a savings account and opening a current account and is a little concerned about giving details out over the telephone to the dwp. They obviously realise that people are waiting anxiously for these calls, and they are taking advantage of that. · hello, ive just been informed by the dwp that theyll soon be asking me for the last 4 months of my bank statements as part of a uc review.
