I feel as though i have copied most online guides on mage setups yet i seem to do no damage. · hey guys, i am a rcm with hype. · hype is very unique and most of its hate is tied to things outside its control (at least from my perspective). Bol is arguably one of the best weapons for melee/bers tho. Compared to melee or bow mage doesnt have much of any progression. I do relatively ok damage when clearing, but when it comes to minibosses or bosses i do laughable amounts of damage and kinda just tickle the bosses. For outside dungeons, hype is generally more useful but both are good. But if you have to pick between one or the other, term is pretty much required for mastermode while hype is just really nice to have but not required. · hype is really good for healing. But if you absolutely have to get one of them, get hype to use as a healing item. You’re not gonna have enough mana to use hype properly without constantly running out of mana, and you’re not gonna have enough cc for term to be very useful. If you own a hype and storm/aurora, congrats, you did it, thats all. · hype and bol have different uses. Mage scaling sucks. Im looking to see if. · looking at your profile, i don’t think you should get either. Bol is a bers/melee weapon, hype is a mage/healing item. The setup costs are so. You can use a florid zombie sword instead of hype if you need to, but it wont be as good.
