Maybe dwp have got (agency?) staff doing overtime to try and catch up with the backlog? · my father is considering changing from having his pension/benefits paid into a savings account and opening a current account and is a little concerned about giving details out over the telephone to the dwp. What could they do with my ni number and d. o. b. , does anyone know? · i have just successfully got the dwp to promise that they will contact me by email only. · hello, ive just been informed by the dwp that theyll soon be asking me for the last 4 months of my bank statements as part of a uc review. Just warning people to beware. And what should i do now? · i had two 123 accounts with santander. Plus the name used winter heating allowance is a massive warning. All dds etc have been transferred over automatically b… They obviously realise that people are waiting anxiously for these calls, and they are taking advantage of that. That means no letters, no phonecalls, and no face-to-face assessments. Definitely do not give any personal details.
